WHERE WE SHIP

We ship Australia-wide.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re an international customer and interested in our products, please let us know – an Instagram comment or an email to hello@facevalues.com.au is all it takes.


SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES

Standard shipping: $10 AUD. 6 to 10 business days.

Express shipping: $15 AUD. 1 to 3 business days.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Please note: our shipping timeframes are estimates only. On rare occasions, delays may occur beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email update once your order has been fulfilled, which will include your tracking information and trackable links.

You can also visit Australia Post and enter your tracking number to check your parcel’s progress.

If you cannot locate your fulfilment email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us at hello@facevalues.com.au, and we’ll help you track your order.
